It’s the first day of the new school term. All the children who are looked after by Susie the childminder before and after school are looking forward to seeing their friends. When they arrive at Susie’s house, they see lots of parcels on the kitchen table. “Whose birthday is it? asked Daniel. “Nobody’s”, replied Susie, they’re back to school presents”. They will help you keep safe on our journey to school, come and sit down and we’ll open them.”
